💖 Spread the Love: Kindness Week is Here!

Wildcats, let’s make the world a little brighter! Next week (February 16th–20th), we are celebrating Kindness Week at Crimson Point. We invite all students to join the fun by participating in our daily dress-up themes to help us spread positivity throughout our halls:

  • Monday: No School (Presidents' Day) — Use this day to do something kind for a neighbor or family member!
  • Tuesday: Dorian Class Picture Day — Dress your Best!
  • Wednesday: "Warm Hearts, Warm Sweats" (Matching Sweatsets) - Focus on looking out for our match (peers).
  • Thursday: "Work it Out with Kindness" (Joggers) — Focus on working through disagreements with respect.
  • Friday: "Dreaming of Kindness" (Pajamas) — Focus on how we want our school to feel.

We can't wait to see your creativity and your kind hearts in action!

📣 Your Voice Matters: PTA Board Elections!

It’s that time of year! We are looking for enthusiastic parents and community members to join the Crimson Point Elementary PTA Board for the upcoming school year. If you are passionate about supporting our students, building community, and making a difference, we want you!

  • Positions Open: We have several leadership roles available for next year.
  • Why Join? It is a wonderful way to get involved, meet other families, and directly support school programs.
  • Next Steps: Join us at our next PTA Meeting on Wednesday, February 11th, to learn more about the roles and the election process.

🎭 Save the Date: The Music of Broadway!

We are thrilled to announce that our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will be taking the stage for our upcoming spring music program, "The Music of Broadway!" Our Wildcats have been working hard to prepare a show-stopping performance that you won't want to miss. Please join us for an afternoon of music and talent at the Kuna Performing Arts Center (KPAC).

🤖 Volunteers Needed: FIRST LEGO League Explore Expo!

Kuna School District is thrilled to host our district-wide elementary school FIRST LEGO League Explore Expo, and we need your help to make it a success! We are looking for 30 enthusiastic judges to help celebrate the hard work of approximately 35 teams from across our six elementary schools.
As a judge, you’ll get to:
  • Interview teams about their LEGO models and research posters.
  • Provide positive feedback to inspire students' interest in STEM.
  • Celebrate the creativity and technical skills of our young roboticists.
No prior robotics experience is necessary! We will provide all the training and materials you need on the morning of the event. We just need your time, encouragement, and curiosity.

  • Time Commitment: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • CBRS (Community-Based Rehabilitation Services): Ideal for someone passionate about supporting students and building deep, positive relationships.

  • Building Aide (30 hours/week): A versatile role supporting small groups and assisting with building duties to ensure a safe, positive learning environment.

  • Instructional Paraprofessional: A key role working directly with students in small groups to support their academic success.
